Tribe was formed in June 2016, from a 10 year partnership between culture experts, JOMC and communications specialists, Hill Solomon.

 

Our unique approach combines the science of culture change with the art of creative communication. We have helped many major national and international companies influence better, safer and more proactive work cultures.

 

We offer a complete culture change solution that draws upon 20 years of experience in delivering successful programmes in health, safety, wellbeing and quality.

 

At Tribe, we believe that employee involvement and engagement is the key to successful culture change. We take pride in the fact that lives have been saved, incidents have been minimised and workplaces have become healthier and more productive because of work we have done with our clients.
