As individuals your local champions will be on a steep learning curve as they develop in their role. Our development programme will help them to effectively enable the toolkit to deliver local change.
Finding the ‘Q-Factor’ at Mondelēz
Mondelēz International, Europe’s largest chocolatier and biscuit baker, has developed a new work code to help the company raise the profile of Quality as part of everything it does; this is known as Feel it, Own it, Live it. To launch the campaign, Quality Champions were selected from across the business to deliver the Quality message.
As part of a wider Culture Change campaign, Tribe developed and implemented a ‘Champions’ training programme that incorporated all elements of the Quality Culture programme.
The ‘Q’ Factor
The sessions, which were hosted by three specialist consultants, involved 20 Champions in two, five-day blocks.
They were presented in the style of the ‘X-Factor’ with employees interacting throughout the session in order to prove they had the ‘Quality Factor’.
The sessions used this fun and engaging format to deliver training in aspects such as:
