INTERACTIVE LEARNING

Bringing learning to life

We have many tools that we use to enhance the learning experience. Our ‘hands on’ approach not only makes inductions, training and workshops more fun, it also helps increase retention.

Dynamic inductions

The induction process is perhaps the most important opportunity you have to get your message across. We’ll help you enhance and energise your induction process with workshops, activities and games.

E-learning

Our e-learning tools are available online or on CDs. They provide a cost effective training solution that is creative, interactive and fun. Choose from our generic products or we can create a bespoke tool for your specific needs.

Games

A health and safety training session can be incredibly dull, or you can use it as an opportunity to extend your culture through innovative activities, collaboration, and feedback. This could be as simple as offering small brainstorming sessions or hosting a gameshow to explore key behaviours.

  • Who wants to be a Million Times Safer?

This easy to use interactive tool enables managers to lead a dynamic quiz based on the popular TV Quiz Show ‘Who Wants to be a Millionaire’. Questions can be bespoke and based on any safety topic, risk behaviour or policy, including facts and best practice advice. Everything is provided for you – all that’s needed is a laptop attached to a screen suitable for the size of the audience

  • The Wheel of Misfortune

This interactive session helps your people discuss the likely consequences of poor safety behaviours and attitudes in the workplace, through three video scenarios which show the lead up to a potential workplace accident.

A manager will then lead a discussion and, together with the team, decide what the likely outcome would be. They then spin the Wheel of MisFortune’ to reveal which ending is shown.
