About Lizz Fields-Pattinson

I am a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with the British Psychological Society and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council. A specialist member of the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management. As a Consultant in the field for eight years, I have gained a great deal of experience working with organisations to develop their level of cultural maturity using our own culture assessment and Benchmarking tools that I have helped develop in-house. I love sitting in focus group sessions with people telling me all about their jobs and how they feel about Health and Safety. I can be speaking to the receptionist one session and the CEO the next; it gives you a great perspective on the real day-to-day workings of the organisation. My spare time currently goes into restoring an old farmhouse and our family are the proud owners of Aveling and Porter GND full size steam traction engine (soon to be rebuilt) and an array of vintage tractors that go on road runs for charity, which always seems to be the shortest route between 2 pubs! I'm also a keen horse rider. Specialist subjects: Culture Survey and Assessment, Benchmarking, Culture Change, Employee Engagement, Emotional Intelligence, applying Positive Psychology e.g. Solution focused and Strengths based approaches to my practice.
