Qudos Awards – Rewarding Quality behaviour at Mondelēz

 

Tribe helped Mondelēz International develop their ‘Qudos’ Quality Reward and Recognition programme. The Qudos awards are given to recognise and thank individuals and teams who have demonstrated a passion for quality in their everyday work.

Awards open to individuals and teams at all levels - factory and office

Recognise and thank people and teams for specific good quality behaviours

Share good practice across the business

The Qudos Awards range from individual ‘spot’ awards to monthly, yearly and global awards that recognise and reward impactful performance. Qudos boards are displayed in communal areas to highlight success stories and give names and photos of who has been nominated and for what.

 

The programme was launched by Mondelēz quality ‘champions’ and continues to engage people and create excitement about quality behaviour.
