SENIOR LEADERSHIP ENGAGEMENT
We will work with the senior leaders in your business to focus in on what we have learned, and construct an effective vision for the project moving forward. We then move beyond the visionary elements, to help them reflect on the challenges they face, and give them practical coaching on how to achieve their goal.
To help us do this, we use a model we call ’the journey’:
Led by our safety culture change experts, these interactive visionary workshops engaged managers both emotionally and rationally so that they recognise the need for change, as well as their influence on the safety culture of the business and on the behaviours of the workforce.
The session taught leaders how to engage more effectively with safety, using open questioning techniques. The groups were split into teams, allowing individuals to put the learning into practice through role-play with facilitators.
