We have a remarkable team of experienced consultants and trainers to help you engage your workforce at every level and bring key messages to life. We take pride in the fact that we do not have any ‘standard’ workshops. Every client is different, with specific needs, so every workshop will be bespoke. Naturally, we have a variety of well-proven, workshop tools that we use, designed to influence change, raise awareness of key cultural challenges and stimulate great discussions. The team will support your culture change process at every level of your organisation and train your own people to sustain the change.

Black-Hat skills training workshop for Morrisroe

WINNER Construct Award for H&S 2015

We developed an exciting series of leadership training workshops for Morrisroe’s site managers and supervisors, or ‘Black-Hat’ supervisors, as they are known in the business.

 

Improved standards of safety across all sites

No RIDDOR incidents reported to date

Workshop has potential to meet a formal recognised qualification endorsed by ILM (Institute of Leadership & Management)

Workshops focused on teaching Black-Hats how to effectively communicate and engage with their operatives, how to implement H&S management systems, while building confidence in public speaking.

 

The workshop used a powerful combination of animated presentation (Prezi) and specially scripted and filmed footage using actors at a Morrisroe building site to show good and bad practices of planning, briefings and intervention, including real Black-Hats sharing unscripted opinions and an introduction by the CEO.
