Culture Change Masterclass

Health, safety and wellbeing for the new normal.

How are organisations supporting their people through crisis and into acceptance?

JOIN THE CONVERSATION with this short survey
One clear message coming out of the first webinar was a strong feeling that people are really keen to learn from each other about what organisations are doing to manage the challenges we are all facing. We want to build on this by asking you to take part in a short survey. We’d like you to share what you see as your biggest challenges for Health, Safety & wellbeing, what you are currently doing about these challenges and what you would like to learn about from others.

Join our next VIRTUAL FORUM: Health, safety and wellbeing for the new normal
How organisations are supporting their people through crisis and into acceptance

Wednesday 15 April, 2pm

At this session, you will hear the results of this survey and have the chance for a more focussed discussion on what you have told us is most important to you.
We will use your responses to the survey to pre-select you into one of a selection of themed break-out rooms, each hosted by one of Tribes Culture Change consultants.

Following your registration, we will let you know what break-out room you have been pre-selected for and give you the choice to change it to a different one if you want to.

  • Workforce wellbeing – mental health and resilience
  • Operating a business with reduced and changing colleague numbers
  • Business or asset shut down, maintenance and start-up challenges
  • Remote or absent leadership
  • How to engage workers who are partially home based, partially operational
  • Managing customer risks
  • Applying social distancing rules
  • Denial of the new reality and failure to adapt
  • Communication overload
  • Cultural maturity moving backwards, leading to a potential increase in unsafe behaviour and risk, as well as a decrease in effective communication about safety and an increase in anger and distrust

Keep an eye on your inbox for a link to download the insight document which we will be sharing later this week.

Masterclass dates 2020

Latest Corona Virus precautions are requiring businesses to rethink the way their people work together. We will be delivering webinar tasters of our Plan C’ highly engaging online workshops – and we’d love for you to join us:

Wednesday 1st April

Kevin Edwards will present a 30-minute taster of our ‘Who Risked It…’ workshop where participants work through an incident to understand how culture influences outcomes and drives behaviour right through a business.

Friday 3rd April

Steve Beswick will present a 30-minute taster of our ‘Blame Game’ workshop, designed to help managers understand the importance of a ‘Just and Fair’ Culture.

The ‘Art and science of culture change’ isn’t just a clever slogan; it’s a smarter, more creative way to inspire sustainable performance in your organisation.

Think eye-opening live drama that brings safety to life. Think emotive wellbeing messages that really stick – thanks to powerful psychology and insightful cultural analysis.

Sound interesting?
