Purpose:
Making a difference globally, through a unique combination of art and science, to create cultures of together
Why Choose Tribe to Change Your Workplace Culture?
We create cultures of together
Belonging to a Tribe is a powerful and supportive place. As humans we naturally gravitate to groups where we feel mutually accepted and supported, and where we have each other’s backs.
That’s true in the workplace too and although there are many positives in belonging to a workplace Tribe, it can also create cultural problems, especially when tribes become too autonomous and where priorities conflict. This is a theme that runs throughout our culture programmes with our goal to create cultures of together.
Your culture shows how you do things in your organisation. Your leadership attitudes and behaviours, internal policies, and processes must align with your values, external communications, and how you support your stakeholders and end-users. As well as safety culture change we are supporting clients to deliver environmental culture change and reach their Net Zero targets.
We are making a difference globally
Because of the work we do with our clients, lives have been saved and incidents minimised. Workplaces have become more environmentally sustainable, healthier and more productive.
Our unique combination of art and science
Before forming Tribe, Mark Ormond and Clare Solomon were Managing Directors of their respective businesses – culture change experts, JOMC, and communications specialists, Hill Solomon.
They first collaborated back in 2006 when they combined the art of inspiring employee engagement together with the science of powerful psychology and insightful analysis.
Since forming Tribe in June 2016, clients have experienced a long-term difference to safety culture through our unique combination of Art & Science.
Offering the first online culture change support platform
We like to be ahead of the curve. Clients have benefitted from our use of ground-breaking technology to bring messages to life and make a difference. We’ve now developed a new type of offering: Chrysalis Culture Hub.
This online platform is the first of its kind and is designed to support every aspect of your health, safety and wellbeing culture programme. It contains everything you and your organisation need to develop and run your own successful culture change programme, including expert support from our culture change consultants. Find out more.
On average clients see a 30% improvement in incident and accident rates within 12 months and an 80% to 90% improvement in three to five years.
I wanted to say a big thank you to you all for the great job you’ve done on this initiative. We gave you a pretty tough task pulling this together so quickly and the end result is absolutely excellent. We’ve also had some good feedback from contractors and those offshore who took part.”

In challenging times, you need people to partner with who are agile and ahead of the curve when it comes to finding innovative solutions. In RWE we had some key behavioural safety training that we were planning to roll out ‘face-to-face’. Due to the Coronavirus crisis we were faced with either deferring this training or finding a new way to deliver it. Tribe answered our call and produced a first-rate product we could deliver via a web-based platform.
We have tried it already with about 30 of our senior managers with very positive feedback, and we have even decided, Corona or not, to continue to deliver the training in this form… The great thing with Tribe is they work with you, not for you. It feels like a genuine partnership, and they have become an integral part of driving the culture of our business. Thank you.”
