Belonging to a Tribe is a powerful and supportive place. As humans we naturally gravitate to groups where we feel mutually accepted and supported, and where we have each other’s backs.
That’s true in the workplace too and although there are many positives in belonging to a workplace Tribe, it can also create cultural problems, especially when tribes become too autonomous and where priorities conflict. This is a theme that runs throughout our culture programmes with our goal to create cultures of together.

Our unique combination of art and science
Before forming Tribe, Mark Ormond and Clare Solomon were Managing Directors of their respective businesses – culture change experts, JOMC, and communications specialists, Hill Solomon.
They first collaborated back in 2006 when they combined the art of inspiring employee engagement together with the science of powerful psychology and insightful analysis.
Since forming Tribe in June 2016, clients have experienced a long-term difference to safety culture through our unique combination of Art & Science.
