Corio Generation is a specialist offshore wind developer, formed in 2022 via Macquarie Green Investment Group. They are dedicated to harnessing renewable energy worldwide and their remit spans the entire process – from planning through to development, construction and into operation.
As a new company, Corio Generation’s team had a variety of health, safety and wellbeing approaches and attitudes, inherited from previous workplaces.
They first approached Tribe around the desire to launch a new health and safety brand to provide cohesion and a unified approach. They wanted to launch this at an internal conference in Germany.
Launching a new health, safety and wellbeing brand globally
Our brief was two-fold: To design the new brand but also to film and edit a launch video reflecting their new brand, as well as providing incidental extra ideas and materials for the launch event. Corio also wanted a leadership leaflet for distribution after the event.
After some initial interviews with key stakeholders across the business, our Creative team put together brand options and a proposal for the launch film, both of which progressed with client approval. Our team filmed a series of interviews and candid conversations with the leadership team across the globe to provide a memorable, resonant message at the conference.
The branding and launch film allowed Corio to reinforce the message that health, safety and wellbeing is everyone’s responsibility, regardless of role or rank.
The team at Tribe are now working with Corio to develop a strategy roadmap to capitalise on the momentum from their internal conference.
