Andrea Jacobs

I am a SHE professional who has operated at board level for over 12 years with a proven track record of delivering strategic and cultural change programmes, developing strategies and driving employee engagement leading to significant improvements in SHE performance. The majority of this time was spent in the construction and rail sectors with Harsco, Bombardier, Alstom and Northern Rail. 

When I’m not working I enjoy photography, pottering in my garden, walking and exploring new places in my caravan.
