My career very oddly and not by design, began as Trisha Goddard’s warm-up act. I migrated through the media working on a number of popular TV shows. I went on to train as a journalist and became a showbiz reporter for a mainstream national newspaper before settling in talent management. I looked after the social media for a number of well-known TV personalities such as Ant and Dec, Phillip Schofield, Holly Willoughby and Davina McCall.

I then left the media to retrain as a psychotherapist and a life coach. I feel working for Tribe combines my social media experience with my passion for health, wellbeing and understanding the culture and behaviour of people.

I also teach children piano and am currently writing a trilogy based on a true story that spans 100 years. Any spare time I have outside working and looking after three dogs, three cats and two children, I will likely be found watching TikTok!
