A couple of years ago I made a change to achieve a better work-life balance from operational and managerial positions within the retail industry, into administrative roles performing operational and data analysist tasks.

I have also completed counselling and CBT courses as mental health and wellbeing is something that fascinates me and is close to my heart.

In my spare time I am usually finding ways to keep my five-year-old daughter entertained – largely involving family days out, arts and crafts and very occasional baking as I’m NOT a good baker!
