My career has been equally divided between business/project management and leadership/organisation development roles. I have over 20 years of organisation development consultancy and interim experience. Being evidence-based is important to me, as is rigorous evaluation.
I always seek to support my clients at every stage of their cultural journey, and ultimately help them realise the benefits of their change programme. I’m a trained facilitator and have consulted and coached internationally across a range of sectors.
Outside of work, I’ve recently returned to a past interest, Table Tennis where, as a Junior, I played at county and national level. I am also a qualified Table Tennis coach and still coach and compete at county and national league levels.
