I am an award-winning facilitator, coach and MBTI Practitioner, a Myer Briggs Type Indicator which helps people to discover the power of their personalities. Prior to this I was an army Officer for ten years. My most recent work with Tribe has been working with Openreach.

Outside of work I love ‘making my mark’ on any surface!  On paper when I enjoy writing Flash Fiction (and I will finish that novel very soon!), being creative with printmaking, and in mud when I go fell-walking with my Collie, Peg.
