Scott Hassall

My background is in sport psychology and after working as a performance psychologist for a couple of years I ended up at Network Rail where I worked in the Culture Change and Transformation team. I have helped design and deliver transformation projects for around 30,000 staff and contractors.

In my spare time I am a professional golfer in my final year of my PGA teaching qualification. I play as much golf as I can in between teaching others, spending time with friends and family and looking after a cat called Daisy.
