Amanvir Kaur Tiwana

Before joining Tribe, I worked in event management, where I loved bringing people together and being part of different teams. That experience shaped my interest in how people connect, collaborate, and perform at their best, which naturally led me into culture focused work.

At Tribe I focus on building relationships with organisations looking to strengthen their culture and performance. My role involves identifying opportunities, engaging with senior leaders, introducing, and delivering Tribe’s approach in a way that is both relevant and impactful for both parties.

Outside of work, I enjoy prioritising my wellbeing, whether that’s through Pilates or long countryside walks. I also love switching off with a good book or baking into the late hours of the night…I do think I should be on The Great British Bake Off! On the flip side, I enjoy getting glammed up for coffee dates around sunny London (when the weather allows!).
