It’s a really positive step to be considering a just, fair and restorative culture of accountability or ‘Fair Culture’.
In this hour-long FREE TO ATTEND webinar, we will discuss how to create a Fair Culture. Often organisations set out to create a ‘Just and Fair’ Culture in reaction to things going wrong or to prevent things going wrong. During this session we will see that a Just Culture can only effectively be implemented as part of a wider change for the organisation, and we will discuss the blockers and enablers that will help shape that journey.
