From rules to results: How PXGEO transformed safety culture
PXGEO is an innovative marine geophysical service provider working to deliver sustainable seismic solutions for the world’s energy suppliers. Working globally across multiple high-risk locations and utilising a mixture of permanent and contractor staff often living and working at sea, safety is always a paramount concern.
However, the unique challenges presented by multi-cultural and cross-specialism teams, including support staff on vessels, meant safety practice, cultural expectations and communication habits could vary. Realising this would mean that communication breakdowns were more likely to happen, and conversations about safety might not occur in an open and transparent manner, PXGEO decided to take action.

“Tribe Culture Change has made a significant impact on how we approach safety in PXGEO operations. Their behaviour-based safety training, combined with the gamification of the training content, has energized our teams and made learning more engaging and memorable. We’ve seen improvements in frontline engagement, hazard awareness, and overall team morale. Their deep understanding of high-risk environments ensures the training is both relevant and effective — driving real, measurable, and impactful change on the ground.”
