I’ve spent over a decade working in industry and consultancy roles, providing expert insights, tools and programmes that drive higher levels of engagement in HSE. I believe in simple, practical solutions and a focus on tangible outcomes over “tick box” activity.

I’m an avid follower of sports – cricket, football & golf in particular and love to spend time with friends and family, including my two small children.
