I’ve been in the Information Systems and Culture Change industry for over a decade, developing tools and programmes that drive behavioural improvement and helping a wide variety of organisations, around the world, create more mature cultures and higher levels of engagement I like to take a practical approach to leadership and problem solving.

I enjoy focusing on understanding complex issues and coming up with solutions that are simple, pragmatic and will deliver in the toughest of organisational environments.

I’m a keen triathlete and cyclist although, as a father of three young children, I haven’t slept in almost 5 years!
